Crockpot Pulled Chicken Recipe

Pulled chicken is a regular meal in our house. Now that the weather is getting warmer, I am leaning more and more on my crockpot for meals. It’s a great way to have a wonderful meal without heating the house up!

Pulled Chicken works well over mashed potatoes, buns, or even over toast. I hope your family loves it as much as ours does!

Crockpot Pulled Chicken


  • 2 lbs frozen chicken breast
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder


  1. Put all the ingredients in your slow cooker and cock on low for 6 hours, or high for 4 hours.
  2. When cooked, pull the chicken apart using two forks, or a hand mixer.
  3. Serve over mashed potatoes, buns, or toast.
  4. Enjoy!

Serve with coleslaw or any other salad. Enjoy!
