Easy Gingerbread Fudge Recipe

Some flavours just say Christmas time. One of those for me is Gingerbread. Gingerbread Men, lattes, Ginger snaps, they all say winter holiday goodness. To embrace these flavours, we have made a new tradition: Gingerbread Fudge. This recipe is quick and with the sprinkles on top is even looks festive! It’s great for all those Christmas Cookie exchanges and even is a great gift for teachers!
