Free Week Of Revolt Fitness

I haven’t been writing about Revolt Fitness lately, but that doesn’t mean I am not following the program! Zemanta Related Posts Thumbnail I started my journey on Revolt back in May, and so far I have lost over 35 lb. gained muscle, gained confidence, and leaned how to take charge of my life.  I have inspired people around me, and am having a terrible time recognizing my self in the mirror! I can shop for clothing I like now. When I started, I wasn’t expecting to enjoy everything so much! If you haven’t read about Revolt before, each month we participate in an “Uprising.” The Uprising starts the first Monday of the month and lasts for 4 weeks. We are provided a complete meal plan with AMAZING recipes, and a complete work out for every fitness level. The Facebook group offers support from real people, with the same struggles we all face. We have access to the plan creator and can ask any questions we may have to her directly. All of the meals are easy to prepare. There is even an easy substitution guide if you want to mix it up!
