Easy Creamy Sriracha Salad Dressing Recipe

I eat a lot of salads. They are a great side dish, and so easy! One thing I don’t like is buying commercial salad dressings. They are packed with artificial colourings, flavours and preservatives. Plus they are costly. It is so simple to make your own. Then you know what is in them, and can make just what you need. No more cluttering up your fridge¬†with old salad dressing!

My family loves sriracha sauce. We put it on almost everything. Since we eat salad almost every night, I have been working on the perfect sriracha salad dressing recipe. This is my creation. My Creamy Sriracha salad dressing recipe!

Creamy Sriracha Salad Dressing

Easy Sriracha Salad Dressing Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Low fat Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tsp Lime Juice
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha (or to taste my hubby likes 2 tbsp)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Honey or Agave
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 clove minced garlic

  1. Add all ingredients to a measuring cup
  2. If you like runnier dressing, thin with milk until desired consistency
  3. Mix well and let stand for 15 minutes
  4. Transfer to an old salad dressing container or cruet if desired.

Sriracha sauce is spicy. Play around with it until you find the right level of heat for your family. Start with 1/2 tbsp of sriracha if you are not as fond of heat and add more as needed. This salad dressing will keep well in your fridge for up to 1 week. Enjoy!

  1. I love this recipe. The only change I made is I used plain Chobani yogurt in place of mayo. A bit tangy and delicious!
