Copycat Skinny Pumpkin Latte Recipe

As the leaves begin to turn, and we wake up to wonderfully chilly mornings, there is nothing quite like a warm Pumpkin Latte. It’s one of my favourite fall treats. Here is a great copycat recipe that lets you indulge with this fall treat with out all the sugar and extra fat!

Not only that, but you will save some money getting your pumpkin fix.


Copycat Skinny Pumpkin Latte Recipe


  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 tsp Agave Syrup (Or Stevia to taste)
  • 1 cup Strong Coffee or Espresso


  1. Combine the first 5 ingredients into a small sauce pan. Wisk consistently while heating until the milk mixture is hot and frothy. Do not walk away. The milk mixture will boil over with out warning!
  2. Add coffee to your favorite cup. Pour the frothed milk mixture over the coffee and top with the remaining Pumpkin Pie Spice.
  3. If desired, add coconut whipped cream for an added treat.
  4. Enjoy!
