We live in a world of convenience. A world where people are getting lazier and lazier. A world that thrives on fast food, processed and easy meals. 2 years ago I began a journey to change my life. I was tired of being over weight and unhealthy. When I began my journey, I had no idea how it would affect those around me. I was only concerned with getting myself healthy. I wanted to loose weight to look better, be healthier, and be a better mother to my children. I never imagined the influence my life choices could have.

Now, I have seen some very close friends get inspired to loose weight. Some have hit their goals and inspired those around them to be more active. It’s like a pebble thrown into still water, with ripples flowing away. You never know where those ripples will reach. I have inspired my children to be more active. I have even seen my disabled daughter grow stronger. It all starts with you.
